- Turn Right onto Sesuit Neck Road
- End at Town of Dennis Municipal Marina, 351 Sesuit Neck Road
From Boston/Points North:
- Take 1-93 South to Braintree/Cape Cod
- Bear left onto Route 3 South
- Straight over Sagamore Bridge to Route 6 East
- Exit 9B Dennis - Route 134 North
- At intersection of Route 134 & Route 6A follow straight onto Bridge Street
- Turn Right onto Sesuit Neck Road
- End at Town of Dennis Municipal Marina, 351 Sesuit Neck Road
From Bourne/Points West:
- Route 6 East Mid-Cape Highway
- Exit 9B Dennis - Route 134 North
- At intersection of Route 134 & Route 6A follow straight onto Bridge Street
- Turn Right onto Sesuit Neck Road
- End at Town of Dennis Municipal Marina, 351 Sesuit Neck Road
From South Side of Cape/Route 28:
- Route 28 to Route 134 North
- 134 North to 6A
- At intersection of Route 134 & Route 6A follow straight onto Bridge Street
- Turn Right onto Sesuit Neck Road
